By the authority vested in me
it is hereby ordered:
Long past time,
a unified and cohesive society
is strengthened by a citizenry that can freely exchange ideas.
In welcoming new Americans, a policy of encouraging
new citizens,
this order recognizes and celebrates
multilingual Americans
to promote unity.
(a) “Agency” does not include the Executive Office of the President or any
components thereof.
Nothing shall impair
authority granted by law to
equity by any
person.
